Cord
Cord is a meta-analysis program for medical researchers and biologists to help determine a gene's function. Cord's dataset contains gene expression data from 9490 microarray datasets mined from the GEO and ArrayExpress databases. All experiments where your gene is differentially expressed are identified and the gene network in which the gene belongs is determined. See the publication here
